| Great Mule Deer Hunting Ranch!! Quail and the occasional Aoudad and Elk. (We saw over 40 head of deer in the two hours we were on the ranch) There are two wells on the ranch, both with 3000 gallon poly storage tanks. One well is equipped with a windmill, the other is equipped with a submersible pump and generator. There is also a year around spring on the ranch and two wet weather springs. Lots of terrain with elevations ranging from 3900' to 4500', some deep brush draws and arroyos provide some good browse and cover for wildlife. The ranch has good access and a good road system in place. Ranches of this size and quality are getting very hard to find in West Texas!! 3 large Bighorn feeders stay with the ranch.
